    Book Club is back for 2026 at South Eveleigh!

    Calling all book lovers! Whether you’re a devoted reader or just looking for a fun way to unwind, the South Eveleigh Book Club Social is the perfect excuse to grab a drink, meet new people, and chat about this month’s must-read.
     
    In collaboration with Pia and Eva from To Be Read (@tobereadbookclub), our monthly book club social is a relaxed, welcoming space where you can share your thoughts, discover new perspectives, and enjoy a night out at BrewDog South Eveleigh.

    📖 Lively book discussions – Pia and Eva will guide the chat, but we want to hear YOUR thoughts too!
    🍻 Drinks + Dinner – Your ticket includes a free drink on arrival (alcoholic & non-alcoholic options available) and some delicious food supplied by Brewdog over the 2 hours.
    💬 Easy conversation starters – Coming solo? No stress! We’ll have prompts on the tables to help spark discussions.

    Pickleball Court

    Pickleball South Eveleigh January 2026

    Game on: Pickleball is back at South Eveleigh with a free play court and instructor led lessons!

    South Eveleigh is serving up something fit, fun, and social this summer! From 6 January to 1 February 2026, Innovation Plaza will transform into a Pickleball hub, the perfect way to get active, have fun, and try something new. 

    What’s On: 


    Beginner Lessons: Instructor-led sessions designed to help you learn the basics. 

    Times: Wednesdays from 3:30pm – 7:30pm and Saturdays from 7:30am – 12:30pm 

    Cost: $10 per person, maximum 4 players per session. * 

    Session length: 45 minutes  

    Skill level: Beginners welcome, suitable for adults or children aged 5+

    Spaces are limited. BOOK NOW.

     

    Free Play Sessions: Outside of lesson times, courts are open for self-facilitated play. Available on a first-come, first-served basis - just bring your energy and enjoy! 

    Date & Times: Courts open daily from 6 Jan – 1 Feb 2026 | 7.30am to 7.30pm

    South Eveleigh, Innovation Plaza (near BrewDog) 

     

    Whether you’re looking to try something new, sharpen your skills, or simply have fun with friends, this is your chance to get involved. 

     

    *Bookings are essential. Spaces are limited to 4 people per session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or for late or non-attendance. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, in such cases, participants will be offered an alternative time or a refund. Participants of paid lessons 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their session. The supervising adult does not need to book a lesson, unless they wish to also join the coaching session.

Getting to South Eveleigh

South Eveleigh sits on the fringe of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from Redfern Station. It is just over 2km from Central Station, 5km south of the Central Sydney CBD and 8km north of Sydney Airport. It is also within easy walking distance of Sydney University and UTS Sydney.  

There are direct bus links from Sydney CBD and Marrickville Metro which stop on Henderson Road in front of South Eveleigh. 

Cycling to South Eveleigh is easy with bike racks located throughout Innovation Plaza, in front of all buildings right down to the skate park.

The public carpark is available at 2 Central Avenue, Eveleigh.
