Getting to South Eveleigh
Conveniently located just minutes away from Redfern Station, South Eveleigh is easily accessible via public transport. If youโre driving, enjoy 2 hours of free parking at our 2 Central Avenue car park every day with a validation at one of our participating retailers. On weekends, take advantage of 2 hours of free parking with no validation required, and free evening parking every day if you enter after 6 pm.

Award-Winning Locomotive Workshop
The Locomotive Workshop at South Eveleigh has won two awards in 2023, including a Best Heritage Development Award and an INDE. Award.
The historic site has been awarded Best Heritage Development at the 2023 Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards. The award recognises the revitalisation of the iconic Locomotive Workshop to reveal and celebrate the heritage of the site, delivering a unique new workplace, culture and heritage hub for Sydney. With the design philosophy focused upon creating a great urban experience, the Locomotive Workshops will become a new destination, making a positive contribution to Sydney and its rich heritage.
The Locomotive Workshop has also won the โWork Spaceโ category of the 2023 INDE. Award, which celebrates exceptional innovation and creativity within architecture and design across Indo Pacific. The workspaces within Locomotive Workshop pay homage to the building's heritage by skillfully blending its historical elements with contemporary design. The interior has been thoughtfully reconfigured to make the most of its original features, providing a modern and collaborative workspace suitable for a diverse range of high-tech tenants and users.

Getting to South Eveleigh
South Eveleigh sits on the fringe of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from Redfern Station. It is just over 2km from Central Station, 5km south of the Central Sydney CBD and 8km north of Sydney Airport. It is also within easy walking distance of Sydney University and UTS Sydney.
There are direct bus links from Sydney CBD and Marrickville Metro which stop on Henderson Road in front of South Eveleigh.
Cycling to South Eveleigh is easy with bike racks located throughout Innovation Plaza, in front of all buildings right down to the skate park.
The public carpark is available at 2 Central Avenue, Eveleigh.
